The March Talking About Somerville was produced by the Somerville/Cambridge WIC program. The program gives valuable information in both English and Portuguese about fats in our foods. Alayne Gatto, a registered dietitian from Cambridge Health Alliance and WIC, and Sally Suen, a registered dietician from Cambridge Health Alliance, explain the differences between saturated and unsaturated fats, trans fats, and cholesterol. They also give cooking tips for healthy eating for all ages.
