The September edition of Talking About Somerville, covering Somerville's youth programs, was produced by Jessica Collins, Director of the Somerville Health Agenda, part of the Cambridge Health Alliance. Show Host Harry Marchetti, Director of the Recreation and Youth Departments for the City of Somerville, interviews representatives of five organizations that serve Somerville Youth: Centro Presente, Teen Empowerment, Somerville Youth Council, Somerville Growing Center, and the Somerville Recreation Department. The show gives a sampling of some of the many supervised opportunities for youth in Somerville to develop leadership skills, learn, and have great fun.
