Tufts University President Monaco on Greater Somerville

Tufts University President Tony Monaco came in to the SCATV studio on March 9, 2012 to speak with Joe Lynch on a special edition of "Greater Somerville." President Monaco explained his vision for the University, and discussed the importance of its enagement with the Medford and Somerville communities.

MBTA Service Cuts and Fare Increases

This program considers the changes that were proposed to deal with the MBTA's dire financial condition. Panelists are State Representative Denise Provost, Victory Allah of Urban Family Outreach, Ellin Reisner of STEP, and Rafael Mares, Attorney for the Conservation Law Foundation. Following the discussion is footage from the February 28 rally in Somerville in opposition to the proposed changes.
